Roof Waterproof Modified Bituthene Self Adhesive Membrane Self Adhering Sheet Waterproofing

The self-adhesive polymer-modified asphalt waterproof membrane is a non-carrier waterproof sheet manufactured using SBS and other synthetic rubbers, high-quality road asphalt, and effective tackifiers. The upper surface features polyester film (PET), polyethylene film (PE), aluminum foil, or silicone-coated release film, while the lower surface is protected by a silicone-coated release film to prevent adhesion during storage and application.

Non-exposed engineering projects are suitable for waterproof membranes with PE or PET upper surfaces. When used as auxiliary reinforcement layers, membranes with PE/PET upper surfaces or film-free double-sided self-adhesive waterproof membranes can be selected. For main waterproof applications in underground projects, single-layer membranes should have a minimum thickness of 1.5mm, while double-layer applications must maintain a total thickness of ≥1.5mm + 1.5mm.
