Single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive moisture-curing polymer waterproof material. Its core raw materials are isocyanate and polyether, combined with various additives including mixed latent curing agents and plasticizers. Through special processes including high-temperature dehydration and polymerization, the finished coating is formed. When applied to the waterproof base layer, the -NCO end groups in the polyurethane prepolymer undergo a chemical reaction with moisture in the air, forming a tough, flexible, and seamless rubber-like waterproof film on the substrate surface.

This coating is ready to use immediately after opening the container, enabling convenient on-site construction. It has lenient requirements for the moisture content of the base layer, allowing application on relatively damp substrates and under conditions of high relative humidity. A single coat can achieve a thickness of 1-3mm, resulting in a dense film without pinholes or bubbles. The color is customizable to meet personalized surface color requirements for different applications.

Store materials in a dry, well-ventilated indoor space. During transportation, strictly prevent exposure to sunlight and rain, avoid collisions, and maintain fire prevention measures. The product has a storage period of six months. Products beyond the storage period can only be used after passing re-inspection.
