The most widely used waterproof material is undoubtedly the hot-melt SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof membrane. It takes high-quality polyester felt, glass fiber felt, and composite base cloth as the substrate, fine sand, mineral flakes, PE film, aluminum film, etc., as the covering materials, and is made by special mechanical mixing and grinding.

• When paving on uneven ground, start from high areas then low ones; for slopes, pave from bottom to top.
• Secure the membrane with battens and steel nails when its height on the wall exceeds 1 meter.
• Ensure full adhesion between membranes; for mineral flake-covered membranes, remove the sand before overlapping.
