1. Product Overview

Our Butyl Rubber Waterproof Membrane is a new-generation environmental-friendly self-adhesive waterproof material independently developed and mass-produced by our factory. It is compounded with high-purity imported butyl rubber, polyisobutylene polymer materials and special anti-aging additives through 12 precise production processes including high-temperature vulcanization, calendaring, composite molding and vacuum defoaming.

Different from traditional asphalt waterproof materials, this butyl membrane features zero solvent, zero formaldehyde, no volatile odor and non-toxic formula. It forms an integrated seamless waterproof layer after paving, effectively solving common leakage problems caused by building deformation, thermal expansion and cold contraction, foundation settlement and structural cracking.

2.1 Aluminum Foil Surface Butyl Waterproof Membrane

Used for outdoor exposed waterproofing, with reflective and heat insulation function, reducing roof temperature by 8–12℃. Mainly used for color steel tile roof, cement roof, metal structure sealing.

2.2 Black Bare Rubber Butyl Waterproof Membrane
